the cool (open source) web compilers on the streets.
I admit that it is easy just to create a html file with text edit or notepad and make a web page, but what is cool about these apps is that that have specialized functions that those 2 two privative apps don't have.
NVU
the cool thing about nvu is that you can edit stuff from outside the source like a word processor for html and being able to copy tables and modify them outside of the source is refreshing. The code is in colors and you can preview it within the app.
Aptana
the cool thing about aptana is it acts just like a java IDE (it acts sort of like Netbeans). It also shows stuff in color. The thing that it doesn't have that I wish it had was previewing it within the app itself. It shows an outline of the code, which can be helpful if the html is long.
